What are Facilitators?
Agile Learning Facilitators, or ALFs, are a group of dedicated, passionate educators, social entrepreneurs, and parents who believe in working collaboratively with young people to revolutionize the education system. Our team creates a joyful, democratic environment that supports curiosity-driven education for students. We believe in fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and growth, and we are committed to providing meaningful learning experiences for our students.
Facilitators support students in clarifying their intentions, getting connected to the resources they need, reflecting on their decisions, engaging with the community, and sharing their learning. They work to keep the space safe, legal, and respectful. They collaborate with students to develop a powerfully positive culture. Facilitators model clear communication, collaboration, and authenticity.
