In addition to our current teen program, we will be adding the opportunity for our focused teen projects. These projects are designed to give the learner a hands-on experience in accounting, fundraising, and marketing, preparing you for real-world challenges. You'll work on real world applications, from managing budgets to creating compelling campaigns, and learn how to make a meaningful impact in your community. Whether you're exploring career options or just want to level up your life skills, these projects offer a unique opportunity to gain confidence, collaborate with peers, and build a portfolio that stands out.

Our Teen Innovators Program is built around the concept of self-directed learning. We believe that when young people are given the freedom to explore their interests and passions, they develop critical thinking, collaboration, and leadership skills that are essential for their future success.

Agile Learning Center (ALC) Model: Our program follows the ALC model, incorporating morning meetings to set daily intentions and closing meetings for reflection and sharing progress. This structure supports self-directed learning, community building, and personal accountability.

Hands-Off Facilitation: While facilitators are available to guide and support, the program encourages students to take the lead in their projects. This approach fosters independence and allows students to develop a sense of ownership and responsibility for their work.

​Project-Based Learning: Participants will engage in large, meaningful projects that span various disciplines. Students will have the opportunity to engage in activities such as starting a small business, organizing community events, and designing career portfolios, seeing their ideas come to life from conception to completion.
